There is a major delay on the San Francisco Line in the SFO and Millbrae directions due to a major medical emergency at Civic Center. MUNI is providing rail service for passengers between Civic Center and Powell Street Station and bus service via the 14 Rapid bus between Powell Street and 16th Street Mission Station.
