Due to ongoing Clipper upgrades, adding funds using vending machines requires holding your Clipper card (not tapping) at the reader, then swipe payment/insert cash, select value, and then HOLD the Clipper card again until the transaction is done. Thank you for your patience.
BART service through the Transbay Tube remains stopped due to a loss of communications. A/C Transit has established a dedicated shuttle which will loop between West Oakland Station and the Sales Force terminal in San Francisco. Bus service is also available via A/C transit bus N/L between 12th Street and the Sales Force Terminal.
